Customer Insight Portal FAQ

Most frequent questions and answers about your new home's customer insight portal

The customer insight portal offers our clients a convenient online application where you can find a digital copy of your home survey, appliance & mechanical system manuals, specs for some items of your new home, recommended home maintenance tips, Tarion home warranty & contact information

The application only allows up to 20 items per home, we try to include the most important items.
You can find warranty info for your appliances and mechanical systems by logging in to your Home Information Package account here, homeinformationpackages.com
The first 3 years fees are covered by Urbinco, following that should you want to keep using the portal or have access to it, a $12.99 per year fee is assumed by the new home owner.
In addition to the training demo at your pdi inspection, alternatively once logged on to your portal, there is help button at bottom of menu that will navigate you through the application

Please see manufacturers manuals, located under my home link, navigate to the room that the appliance is installed and follow links for information
Please contact manufacturer direct to set up warranty service, any unauthorized repairs may void the manufacturer original warranty.
